Features/Functions
- Meet with JEDEC, JEITA, AEC, ESDA standards.
- Standard specification for I-test, E-test and power supply overvoltage test.
- Up to 3 power supplies can be connected.
- Pull-up / down setting to device pins is possible.
- Testing is possible while displaying the I-V graph on the PC screen.
- Latch-up test up to 155 degrees to 175 degrees is possible using a thermostreamer.
