2 pins HBM Tester that can be easily handled on a desktop HBM Tester Model EMD625E

The Model EMD625 can contact very small pins such as microdevices while fine-tuning the ESD discharge needle with a micromanipulator. In addition, it is a manual ESD tester that supports various device packages because it can be directly connected to the device pin with the attached clip cord. Destruction judgment after applying ESD stress is performed by importing the I-V curve of the external measuring device (SMU) into a PC and judging it with the attached analysis software. If no destruction is detected, step up the ESD stress and repeat application/determination. After the test is completed, the test results can be saved and read from a PC.
